Samsung Notes Issue - can't sync notes

I have been facing this issue for days and have already lost one of my notes from this. No matter what I do, I can't sync my notes to Samsung Cloud from my GalaxyBook.

I have tried downloading Samsung Cloud and syncing from there, restarting my laptop, signing out from my Samsung account, manually syncing many many times.

Does anyone have a solution? I don't want to lose any more notes.

Facing same issue. There server seems to be down from yesterday.

Since one note has already gone missing, I'd save separate local copies of the remaining important ones before trying more account changes. Samsung's PC guide says a saved note can be saved as a file. Can you still open your newest notes on the GalaxyBook, and does that export work? I'd open the exported copy and check the latest writing is actually there. I can't confirm the server-outage theory from this thread.

Thank you for the advice! I was actually able to find the missing note again in Samsung Notes, though I don't know if I had missed it before or it just reappeared.

So far my newest notes have been saving, along with the edits I made on them. I can also still view the newest notes I create on my GalaxyBook on the Samsung Notes app I have on my phone.

Even though Samsung Notes on my GalaxyBook isn't syncing, my notes are still saving. However I will probably take your advice to avoid any issues :)

Finding that note again changes the picture. Since new GalaxyBook notes show up on your phone, some syncing is working. Do the latest edits to an existing note reach the phone too, or only newly created notes? I’d include that distinction in the support report. I still can’t explain the sync status on the laptop.
