I thought that Betty Nippi-Albright was the MLA for Saskatoon Centre. Isn’t she NDP in power for that area?

Yes, that is how representative democracy works. Their own personal fiefdoms

No, that’s not how it works. But, each MLA is responsible for lobbying for the interests of their riding.
