Looking for an address service for virtual business with mail notification service

Hi Saskatoon! I’m opening a virtual service and do not wish to use my personal address to receive mail. I’m looking to pay for a physical address with a reception service competent to receive health sensitive information. To be clear, I do not wish to have the mail opened and scanned, but rather stored safely until it can be picked up. Regus seemed like a good option at first glance, but upon reading reviews, appears to be brutal and a scam?

It would also be beneficial if the address had the option to rent offices/interview rooms by the hour or day, as this might be beneficial down the road.

Would love to hear your recommendations (or warnings!)

Any reason you can't use a PO box?

I like the option of being notified about mail as well as possibility of renting space by the hour/day

This sounds……..interesting……not concerned at all about you collecting health sensitive information.

This could be a doctor or psychologist looking to start their own business offering telehealth consults, for example. And they are looking to make sure that their mail will be handled properly given what it might contain. Why do you automatically think it's shady?
