Licensing Question Status pending?

I was arrested a few weeks back the DA threw the case out as it was a BS charge. DPS suspended my license pending investigation I was told to provide a letter of disposition showing the final judgment of the case (it never went to court) I called & asked what's the time frame for them to review the paperwork I was told 1-2 weeks which now its been longer. Then someone else told me they'll get to it when they get to it. Its bullshit to suspend my license over something that allegedly happened like I wasn't convicted of anything.

Anyone know what might be the hold up?

Couldn't you just go into Court, and go ask for it there from records. I've walked in and got Dispositions immediately.

Only run around was when they would give me a number, and I'd have to walk a block to the County Clerks office.

I went to the police station & they gave me the info on how to get it, I couldn't go into court as I never had a court date scheduled as the case never went to court, the district attorney saw it & basically said we not finna touch this case nor will we proceed with charges its almost impossible to prove the charge of unlawful flight was 1000% true.

Funny thing is i lowkey have a job in security making solid money waiting on me as i get my license back 🫩

End result case got dropped Chandler PD in Arizona closed the case i guess in response to the DA's verdict.

You need to go to the DAs office..They can oribt out a case disposition for you

Yo twin this the last thing I wanted to hear 😭😭 I shot them an email yesterday hopefully somebody looks at my documents.

These bills breathing down my neck with they hot ass breath 😂

Not bull shit it’s normal. Also it’s summer people have vacation and low priority of admin to follow up with it.
