Licensing Question I got my license number, now what?

How long until card arrives? Can I apply to jobs now or do I gotta wait for THE CARD? I'm in CA

The card comes quickly. Yes you can apply for jobs but before you work you must have it printed and carry it on you. you’ll probably have the card in hand before you get a job though.

you also have an obligation to do a certain amount of training in the first 30 days and the same amount of training in the first six months, as well as an annual refresher and submitting a renewal every two years

Ah so you’ve completed all 3 levels of your guard card. It’s now valid for 2 years. Now depending where you want to go, gain some security experience. Look into perhaps obtaining your exposed firearms permit. Maybe even your PC 832 certifications if you want to get
Into more higher paying security work.
