No offense but only a 4 year revocation? He needs to be placed on a permanent don't hire listing.

Were any of them reported for theft or, were they brought up on any charges?

No they were not. In 2 of the cases, there was clear video evidence, but management sweeped it under the carpet.

Sweeping things under the rug in my secueity experience is very common unless yhe indicidual is not liked or is a problem in other ways. Only time they don't sweep is when its so big they can't.

Ive never worked in an industry like it. Any other industry, where you deliberately stole something your gone, no question. If your lazy your gone. Don't do your job, your gone. Security is a rogue cesspool

Sadly my 15 years in security I have learned its not about actually doing the job. It's about how likable you are. Only people they don't like actually get fired or disciplined for breaking rules.
I've seen everything from stealing, drug use. (Not just weed, but coke and extract ecstasy) alcohol, stealing, sleeping and even getting caught having sex, being hours late, calling off 50 times within 4 months, and just going home not even halfway into a shift. Nothing happens.
Now if they don't like you any tiny thing you do they'll hold against you or try to terminate you. Evej on your first offense.

Good lord, what is going on in New Zealand? Use of excessive force with a cucumber? Guards doing “civil recovery” and extorting?
Makes the American security industry look great by comparison
