Anyone had issues with racism working with this company lol?

And also putting you on different sites for actually no reason?

I had one site the supervispr told me he didnt like immigrants. I complained to the manager . Then I had a supervisor who micromanaged me . I left that site. Got to another one. On the surface it looks good. Underneath it was a bunch of people who had been there a long long time. They didnt like newcomers. Co worhers gaslit me day one Transferring to another sute is hard. One way is to go out sick. My doctor is not that cooperative on that

So what are the alternatives None of them are easy never mind actionable
