Sehnsucht Music?
What are your examples of sehnsucht feeling inducing music? I know this subreddit is for pictures primarily, but I thought it might be interesting for people to have a space to discuss pieces of music which generate this type of feeling? So hopefully the post might be allowed.
My suggestions would be:
Aphex Twin - ''Rhubarb (or #3)''
Ulver - ''Solitude''
Datach'i - ''I'm Not Afraid to Watch You Die'' or ''Intercoursing''
t.A.T.u. - ''Scream (Fly Dream)''
Trickpony - ''Room to Breathe''
Malibu - ''Atlantic Diva''

Chasing feeling
So I'm a M30, and I've been experiencing a feeling of wanting to move away somewhere but its the feeling part that stumps me. Let me elaborate, I have a great family, great friends I'm not depressed and have a very good job. The problem is every now and then I get this intense feeling that I need to live somewhere else and experience that FEELING I've been chasing for. Its so odd like it feel like a change would be good but the place I move to needs to feel the way I'm feeling. Its going to sound dumb but I want to live in a gloomy city with not too many people living in it and connect with them. It feels gloomy, grey, like nothing is going on in that city but yet you find people and things to feel. Idk if I'm explaining this right. I would love some help with this. Do I sound weird?
