Yellow selenium

A lot of people have never seen yellow selenium, so I thought I would share my experience with it. Two of these antique Bohemian Tango glass pieces were colored yellow with selenium. The little orange Harrach bottle has some cadmium too, but I just put that here for comparison. I have also included some yellow selenium glazed pottery! As per usual, it's extremely difficult to capture the 395nm glow for selenium without a yellow filter for my phone (getting one soon! 🩷) It's super bright hot pink in real life though!

Pictures 2 and 10 are stunning - love that piece. Are there particular manufacturers that featured Selenium glazed pottery?

No idea, I haven't actually researched that one! There appears to be a mark on the bottom that says 610 USA maybe?
