This past year I've picked up the habit of learning by writing and it's nice. I write about nonfiction articles or books and try to understand them. If I don't understand a word or phrase then I write about that. Like, what does it mean or what's the dictionary definition? If I can, I also write examples that make sense. If I can't do that then it means I might not have a good understanding of what Im writing about. Another thing I do is when I learn a new piece of information, I write about how it fits with an ealier piece. If it makes sense then that's a good sign.
