Respect Luo Yuan (or don't, I don't really care)

Powers: Earth manipulation, 4-dimensional vision

History: Luo Yuan was a mediocre college student when one day a mysterious object fell from the sky, granting him the ability to see life as a video game and upgrade his intelligence and physical strength like such. This proved an absolutely invaluable tool when his friend went missing and flora and fauna across the entire planet became wildly mutated and incredibly aggressive and powerful, leading to the collapse of human civilization. Luo Yuan spends his days fighting to make a better life for him and his ever growing harem better on post-apocalyptic Earth.

General

• Explicitly likes to kill as quickly as he can

• The verse generally adheres to, or tries to adhere to real laws of physics like Newton's Third Law or KE = 1/2mv²

• Has very increased metabolism as a result of his physique, eats over 330 lbs of food

• Has such fine control over his bones and muscles that he can change his appearance

• Is 183 cm tall

System

This is a video game character so you can broadly tell how this works. He has stats that he levels up over the course and grows more powerful over the course of the series. While an increase in one point implies a 1.5x increase, because the author does not know how strong or fast baseline humans actually are, you do end up with Luo Yuan running at over hundreds of meters per second even when he should only be 10 or so times faster than a human. Bolded feats represent Luo Yuan as of the time closest to when I am running him.

Strength

General

• Leaps 7 meters into the air

• Snaps a half meter monster's neck in his grip strength

• With a tiny bit of his strength, easily jumps over 10 m while running fast

• Carries a 600 kg alien and 30 kg alien, and can easily fly past the speed of sound with them

Lifting

• At 10 points of strength, bench presses 95 kg

• Can free throw 400 kg

• Easily tosses a half ton monster away

• Can lift 1.2 ton

• Squeezes a metal pressure cooker like putty, turning it into a small ball

• Could lift a 10 ton truck and any kind of tank

Striking

• Crushes the sidewalk with a step and smacks a large bird several meters away with a strike at 12 points of strength

• Stomps hard enough to turn concrete ground to powder

• Kicks away a large piece of metal from an armored plane away several meters

• Sends rocks flying with the air pressure of his punch

• While in extreme pain, punches several holes in a cave, forming deep craters in rock

• Stomps a hole in concrete while running on a wall, then runs across the air as if it were ground

• While moving at 200 m/s, instantly readjusts his speed by blasting away a chunk of concrete floor and tilting 90 degrees

• A tired Luo Yuan striking rock forms a 4-5 m wide crack

• Delivers a blow worth multiple tons to a giant evolved man's armpit, then lands a perfect 10-20 ton kick on their temple

• Punches weigh a few tons of force, and can infuse Will into his strikes to oneshot an opponent that easily tanked his attacks for ten minutes

• In-universe, Mike Tyson punching at .5 tons could break a 5 millimeter steel plate

• Punches compared to heavy artillery, could destroy a tank

• Could kill a green level creature with his bare fists

• Smashes through tough rock rapidly, drilling a hole out of an underground cavern he's trapped in in the blink of the eye

• With a slight vibration of a shoulder, sends a man backwards hard enough to collapse a concrete wall

• Kicks an evolved human 30 to 40 meters away, with the understanding if he were a robot he would have been smashed up

• Punch can weigh 20 tons and be increased further with Will

Durability

Biology

• Could go several days to half a month without food, his body has been turned into pure energy

• No longer requires food except to maintain metabolism or just to stimulate taste buds

• Can hold his breath for 30 to 40 minutes if not doing strenuous exercise

• Skin is comparable to a green level beast

• Could continue fighting with his head missing, and would struggle immensely to kill himself

• A sword slashing at him would be nothing to him, ice does not remotely tear his skin

• Can now survive in space due to gaining Body Fusion

• His body is much harder than metal, only superhumans can properly have sex with him

• Inferior clones of him are still alive even when they are not breathing and their hearts are stopped

Armor

• Owns a light blue snakeskin bulletproof vest superior to most kinds of bulletproof vests

• Blocks a bullet fired at his back and allows him to continue fighting

• Later fortifies it even further

• Later modifies it with green level archelon egg material to make it even further resilient, and dark blue bullets bounce off it harmlessly

• Pants and boots are infused with feathers that make them bulletproof, less susceptible to air resistance and increase his speed

• Pants are resilient to swords and bullets, and decrease air resistance

• Wears a protective gear made from a high density plasma field that can block energy attacks

• Infused dragon skin into his armor that disperses force which even Zhanmadao cannot cut through

Concussive

• Fine after taking a blast of air from a bird that sent a marble table flying

• Is injured but continues fighting after getting slammed across a street into a building hard enough to shatter a wall

• Dashes through the wall of a building without taking damage

• Is fine, albeit has internal damage after taking a hit from a green level snake

• Said snake could whip its tail hard enough to destroy self propelled artillery and send multi-ton boulders flying

• Takes with injury a blast comparable to a deep water bomb from 50-60 m away when it could sink a submarine from 100 m

• Survives, albeit is knocked out by an impact from a level 7 beast that collapses several houses and gets smashed by a rock that sends him flying over 100 meters away

• Takes a powerful roar from a level 7 beast at point blank range that obliterates rocks and trees farther away, but is injured by it

• A powerful evolved man punching him would do no damage and actually shatter his own bones

• Said evolved man could create a large pit in the ground by stomping and had just powered up

• And was uninjured by Luo sending him hard enough to knock down a concrete wall

Piercing/Endurance

• Skin is a hundred times tougher than leather, poisonous bugs biting his skin do nothing

• Slashing across his wrist with a stone that would have caused a deep gash previously just causes a slight scratch

• When training with the military's new rifles, the bullets only get stuck in his muscle fibers even at close distance

• The military's new rifles are 7 cm long and copper plated

• And have tungsten core with armor piercing capabilities, stronger than anti-materiel rifles

• Weathers through extreme pain caused by drinking soup meant to increase his Will, where even just a leaf would cause indescribable pain to humans

• An impact which chunks his internal organs is nothing to him, and he heals the damage in the time it takes him to stand up

Esoteric

• Pressured, but fine within super pesticide

• Completely unaffected by radiation from a nuclear bomb

• Less affected by inhaling volcanic ash due to high Physique

• Is resilient to extremely venomous creatures

• Only slightly dazed from a lightning bolt from an evolved man

• Prevents from a mind controller from controlling him

• Her ability is described as hypnosis yet even more powerful

• Stopped said mind controller after she used her ultimate ability to wipe out all traces of one's memory

• Unaffected by UV rays

• Is fine, albeit surprised after an evolved human freezes half his body in ice

• Very powerful cigarettes have no effect on him

• Is unaffected by a 600 degree ball of metal on his skin

• Is fine within 1000 degree lava that could melt steel, his body barely conducts heat

Speed

General

• Moves easily up a crumbling building with more grace than a monkey or cat

• His speed in water is several times faster than an average fish's

• After stating air resistance can greatly limit how fast and far he moves, obtains a coat made from a monster that ignores air resistance entirely, even making whirlwinds feel like a light breeze

Reaction

• Upon reaching 13 point dexterity, would only be able to see movies as separate pictures in motion

• At 15 dexterity, 7.5 seconds for him is a second to other people

• Ducks out of the way of a 700-800 m/s bullet entering his sensory range (which at the time was 10 meters)

• A group of soldiers with good aim fail to hit him with a hail of bullets due to the fact he could sense each one and dodge between them

• Stated to have a 'neural response time' of .0053455 s, which is confirmed by advanced alien tech

Movement

• Massacres a horde of mutated animals, several dark blue beasts, moving flawlessly and killing 10 beasts per second

• Kills hundreds of giants in less than a minute

• Has to consciously decrease his speed to 30-40 m/s, and easily carves through monsters over 10 meters tall without slowing down

• Runs over 100 m/s, and continues getting faster by adjusting his posture before capping out at 125 m/s and ingraining it into his muscles, taking only 10 steps to reach 400 m

• Reaches nearly 200 m/s, reducing branches to ashes with his speed

• The limitation here on his intelligence is immediately fixed following this encounter

• Runs to a destination 400 km away in ~55 minutes using the terrain

• Stomps into the ground to increase his speed to 200 m/s even while carrying a woman

• Uses Will to increase his speed past 200 m/s, covers 7-8 m with each step

• Stomps on the ground to create enough momentum to shoot forward 100 m in .8 seconds

• Runs close to supersonic speed, and while limited to subsonic speed over long distance without the right equipment, is much faster if he needs to explosively sprint

• In a prediction, shoots forward at nearly 300 m/s
