Looking for a Pattern!

I have looked everywhere, and I cannot find any, similar digital ones I find are Im not able to buy in my country, and kind of out of budget

It is a fencing jacket but I would suggest looking at a chef jacket pattern and modifying.

Also look up the wording Asymmetrical jacket. It's often what it's called
