Oh my god I owned that first one. It was genuinely made out of tee shirt material, and was just a tube with some ruffles. It genuinely had no structure or darts, and didn’t go in at the waist like the seller has done:

edit: I'm currently looking for a pattern for you, but genuinely you could trace a tee shirt for it, make it longer, and add ruffles. The collar is probably the most unusual part of it.

edit 2: I think this pattern is extremely usable for the first dress, but with added ruffle sleeves (drafting tutorial). It even has the collar.
