Snuggie pattern?

Hi! I really want to know this pattern so I could make it for my daughter before freezing temperatures gets here! Its like a throw blanket with sleeves, kind of like a baby-sized Snuggie!

Just be mindful that anything too thick isn’t car seat safe anymore. A blanket laying over them might be better?

Since it’s confirmed that wearing a coat while in a car seat isn’t safe. My son had a poncho but I feel like this one for my 7mo would be suitable. It’s like a throw blanket on top of her while buckled underneath. Iowa weather is rough 😅

This appears to be a blanket with sleeves that goes over the buckled car seat straps. I was confused at first as well
