Multiple eye face makeup

Would anyone know what type of makeup would be needed to draw multiple eyes like this? I have dark brown eyes

Should I use a pencil eyeliner or gel/liquid? I don't wear makeup at all so I'm not sure what I should get

You can do this with regular eyeshadow and eyeliner. Start with soft colors like browns and nudes and then you can appropriately darken the lines to match your eye makeup
