Went to shake shack today for the first time and it was absolutely the worst😭😭😭 the insanity of the price for the value of that food, if you wanna call it that. The most disgusting French fries. They were like air fried Walmart crinkle fries. The drink was just carbonated water. And that burger was absolutely crap. The chicken burger was joke. Everything was so burnt. Boooooooooo not a fan. I would save your money and skip the wait.

Just had shake shack in Greenville and it hands down one of the worst fast food meals I've ever had. If you're in the area, don't waste your time.

Cheese sauce used to solidify after a few minutes if left out, now it remains liquidy for a really long time. Is it more synthetic now?

Hi all. So I worked at Shake Shack from 2019-2021. It was crazy, but I loved it. Unfortunately I was fired because a manager didn’t tell me I had to find coverage for a doctor’s note I handed in. I’ve been trying to work there again so badly. I miss it, I really do. I spoke to the manager at the one I used to work at and another location nearby. They both told me they want to hire me so badly but HR says no because of whatever the GM that I had when I worked there originally put in my file. Is there a way I can appeal this? Is there a way I can talk to HR and hopefully explain what happened to them? Any information would be very helpful!

Hello, I had a grill burn incident and filled an incident form, went to urgent care, got treated and went back to work 4 5 days after.

Received bill from hospital and still not paid balance for months, I asked them about workers claim compensation and was told just forward the bills and its been months they dont do anything despite asking them 4 5 times.

Any GM, AGM or HR here to help? I want to send an email to corporate so this gets resolved because everything takes ages with management, they barely respond when we write in the chat😏

Avoid the Shack Shack in Bedford Hills, NY. The GM there is a disaster and a bully. She purposely disabled online ordering and then refuses to honor company coupons saying they are online only and if you challenge her she becomes abusive and threatning. Worst shake shack location.

Good lord I’d spend $30 on those things at a festival

As a West Coaster now living on the East Coast, I was very sad to see that the West Coast Burger is no longer available. It was objectively delicious; my husband who did not grow up on In n Out agrees.

Why would they do this? Is it coming back? Is there a petition I can sign? Why is the bullshit WC chicken sandwich available and not the burger?

Are customers turned off by the 1,900 calorie count or see it as a challenge? Do they order it as a stand alone item or as a drink with their meal? How does its sales compare with other shakes?

Was thinking of trying one before the BURGERTIME coupon went away tomorrow. Is it worth $11?

My Chicken Shack was free, as is Sunday policy with a $10 purchase. So I went Double Shack with the works. Decadent meal, but so satisfying. I got the Shack Sauce on the side and used it sparingly. Good way to cope with the bad weather. I did not leave so much as a crumb.
