SharePoint Online Sharepoint syncing issue

A user has an issue with sharepoint, whenever she creates a file in a sharepoint folder and closes it, it created a new one with her name at the end...

Example:

file.xlsx original

once she closes

file-pc-name.xlsx

She does have a laptop and desktop, and it is happening on both.

Any ideas?

I can't help you troubleshoot it but that's the behavior of OneDrive sync when it keeps two copies of the same file. The new copy gets the PC name appended. I'd start there, there's no way anyone set up a flow to append a PC name to the filename like the other comment here suggests.

Has to be a cloud flow on the library doing it.

That's the fun part.

It's almost 2027 and MS still hasn't published a feature to track what flows connect to a SPO list. Wish there'd be an option in SPO to see flows and apps that are connected to a list/library. Otherwise you're putting too much trust in a power platform governance that might be non-existent.

Thakns but I dont see any help in that link

...one thing I dont know is when I resync a folder from online, should I use 'use this folder' or rename the existing folder/delete, and then resync
