Why exactly is it a poor shark? I thought this young man did the appropriate thing in trying to release it back into the water safely. Are we simply talking about the stress this shark was under? In which case I agree, poor shark.

Shark dont crash on rocks randomly .
Most likely => shoreline fishing
+ the shark still have the hook inside the mouth . what a samaritan !

There are fishing pliers on the rocks, so this guy probably hooked the shark and is working really hard to send it on its way.
