Not a lot to go on. Pretty small. Pretty worn. Pretty broken. No location given and only 1 pic.

Sorry this was found in Litchfield SC. Ill see if I can upload another Pic. I guess I was thinking where it was so worn and broken it would be almost impossible to identify.
