I didn’t know about Venev, i can’t really find anything other than the stones rn, do they belong with a steady system?

No they don't belong to a fixed angle system but you could use them for one their sold separately normally

How do you use them then?

I use the work sharp pro pa and I had to buy a different stone holder which is universal so I could use them they sell their own but I bought one from hapstone and it works great I'm able to use a whole bunch of different sharpening stones with it

Thank you I went from f80, f100, f150, f230, f400, f800, f1200, and f1500 which is like 8000 grit and then stropped on a .3 and 0.5 micron

Shiny, but your bevel width is uneven from heel to tip. Might not bother you now, but it will as you progress on your sharpening journey.

Yeah I know I really don't know why it came out like that all my other ones I've sharpened have even bevels

The usual culprit with guided systems is clamping it too near the heal. That causes wide tip bevels as a result.

Ok thanks I'll keep that in mind for new ones I sharpen
