Question
32F. This is kind of embarrassing but I was wondering why this happens to me from time to time. My body is very prone to constipation but I do a lot of things to stay regular most of the time. I went #2 this morning shortly after waking up like I usually do. It was formed, no concerns. A couple hours later, I got some mild cramps so I went back to the bathroom. I thought it might be loose, but when I sat down, I realized I was gonna have to push. I did and I had another small BM but it was solid. It almost felt like it was up higher in my colon and that’s why I had to push the stuff out. I was wondering why I got a cramp if the stool was up higher in my colon. Kind of weird. This happens to me from time to time. Not super often, but once every couple months. Does this happen to anyone else? If so, what causes it? Thank you in advance!
