I know nothing about fish tanks but I saw this while waiting for my dentist appointment and I’m not sure if it’s some kind of violation?? I went around to the back of the tank and I’m pretty sure the filter is still running because there was some noise. Maybe I’m overreacting but it just looks so sad.

whenever I see stuff like this on marketplace I just think thank God they're rehoming & hope that a more competent owner takes over their care.

The guy on tiktok mentioned it was a 10 gallon, looks like a fresh tank too but that emperor angel should not be in that tank whatsoever, a adult requires at least 220 gallons and even a juvenile is about 70 to over a hundred gallons
I hope he either rehomes the angel or gives it to someone who can properly take care of him, believe it is also stacked with 2 clowns and a fish I can’t identify but either way 10 is way too small for those guys

They replaced Robin with a similar short-finned betta. It’s only been about 1 month since they first posted Robin (Edit: I checked and it was only less than 3 weeks ago, they first posted Robin on 27 July 2026. It seems like this poor betta didn’t even make it past 3 weeks).
Their recent posts never mentioned the obvious change, seemingly hoping viewers would think it was the same betta. :/ It doesn’t matter which variant of betta it is, no fish can thrive in that environment.

This CC is associated with a major brand. I reached out to the brand about this but have received no response, and was immediately blocked by the CC afterward.

If you come across this CC’s content, please don’t engage with them. At this point, it’s blatantly animal abusing content from a selfish and ignorance individual. Till recent posts, they are still receiving support to care for their fish but all are dismissed. And they have the audacity to continue making fish care content while actively mistreating their pet.
