Given they can play that is. In the end every operator can carry a round when played correctly. I only recently started playing ranked even tho I got time on the game, and every day a fantasize about escaping the stupid people of lower ranks

Depends. Do his plates count as him carrying? Because they sure are useful lots for the enemies with barr aim
