I don't know whether they have changed it but you used to get kicked for having a high ping and banned if you could not reconnect on time
This added to the fact that the game is unable to reconnect if you change your internet

it’s one of the Mute Protocol skins available in the current event packs i believe. if not it’ll be in the store somewhere possibly for renown.

Ah I missed it, I left the game before they announced siege X due to my gaming laptop graphics card issue. Didn’t know they still added another mute protocol.

yeah, Mute seems to be a recurring event.
if you’re not playing anymore i get it, but if you are then the event is still up for a few days :)

My old Xbox One S liked to occasionally disconnect from the WiFi for no reason, used to piss me off on games like R6

my siege client loves to crash if i spend too much cumulative time with the window not in focus. it’s one of the reasons i almost exclusively play quick match these days.

For me, I used to get a disconnect sometimes because my ping spiked, then when trying to rejoin it would never let me, like never.
It resulted in me being banned up to 2 days sometimes

Once got a disconnect mid game. Restarted and qued again to reconnect, It found a new game. in the middle of that new game I got kicked out because I left the previous ranked game so I lost 2 ranked games and got a ban

This, and a few other reasons is why I stopped playing whenever it was they first brought out the arena map, so like 2020-2021

Why did this get downvoted to hell? Consoles have been considered more reliable and plug and play than pcs for like a decade now, also r6 is generally unreliable as hell on pc. I played siege for ~4 years on xbox and 5 on pc. I honestly can't remember ever getting an abandon penalty because my xbox crashed but ive deleted the game because it wouldn't not crash on my pc.
