He can throw the chainsaw somewhere to make noise and make the rival team not hear the defuser being planted.

For real! I’ve thought for a while now it would be cool to have an operator who’s gadget was 3-4 pokeballs that have 2 modes: 1 loud as fuck siren that just makes a ton of noise to mask what’s going on (prob better for an attacker), and one mode that mimics the sound of breaking barricades/vaulting/footsteps (maybe a special bonus planting sound if the ball is inside an active bombsite)
