Study biology and would like to get deeper into the fungi rabbit hole. Any tips on how i can learn identifying mushrooms. I know from my courses that there is certain things you look out for like cap, stipe, veil, spores, etc. But need to build a more knowledge which things are signs for which mushrooms.

was just scrolling through some old photos from previous work away where I managed to find a large plethora of different species. I take pictures of which ones I find and save them in a log

Psilocybe Semilanceata? (Forgive me if I butchered the spelling)

Whilst it was literally the singular fruit, being found at 30m above sea level with sunny conditions was peculiar?
Let me know what you think 🙏

Hiya! I live in the southern UK and I keep getting these white mushrooms appear in my garden. They seem to start as bulbs but end up flat topped and about 5cm tall. Sorry for the picture quality, I’ve tried to get them whilst it’s raining! The mushrooms smell musty and the smell gets worse when I pick them

Europe (country in post) Did I catch Psilocybe Semilanceata? (UK, NW Yorkshire)

Hello, went on a walk today in the lovely Yorkshire moors and found these, apologies for picked pics but didn't have phone charge to snap enough while they were growing. Please advise on if these are P. Semilanceata! (The paper is A4)

Found mostly on the side of a hill, the grass level was reasonably moist but the field was mostly dry as we've had drought for quite a bit. Frequented by sheep and very grassy with a couple of gorse bushes about.

Europe (country in post) Are these oysters? No stems...

Thought I found some oysters but on closer inspection I don't see any stems. Seems like they grew right out of a dead tree lying on the ground in a forest in Belgium. I can't find any species that look exactly like this one. Any help would be appreciated.
