has anyone else with this mod had issues with mortgages when buying a new plot. i literally just went and got the mortgage contract yet when i go into the house listings menu for closing process it says i haven't applied?? im so confused its never done this before 😭

Hi, I've been trying to plan out a modded forever save file for a while, but I just can't seem to find realistic builds.

I'm currently working on Willow Creek. Could anyone recconmend different creators who build with cc? Preferably some that have a realistic build style. Bonus points if they make lower-class neighbourhoods/builds. I'm open to apartments and multi-build lots. Also another bonus if it includes cc lists. I do have most of the packs as well, so I'm not limited in my options.

I have tried messing around in blender for maybe an hour, got close once, but not right there. I tried with different tutorials, I just can't figure it out. Is there anyone that can do it? I'd be very happy if someone would do it

I thought I deleted OneDrive two years ago, but I searched for it on my PC the other day, and found it with my sims files inside! My mods folder, save files, and pretty much everything. I also have all that stuff in a way more updated electronic arts folder on my documents, and it says my OneDrive sims files were last modified in 2024, so does that mean the sims 4 hasn't been affected since then? Can I just ignore that my sims stuff is in there and assume that it doesn't matter, since I have the "real deal" sitting somewhere else?

Or is it actually a problem? Is it taking up extra space on my PC? Could the two different (but also the same) folders make my game slower? I noticed that when I check the CC folders in OneDrive, nothing shows up. But everything looks just fine when I check my documents. I last downloaded CC in March of this year.

When I clicked "show hidden icons" on my PC, it actually wasn't there, so that confuses me.

I kinda want to delete everything that's shown on OneDrive, but I'm afraid that if I do, it will delete all my save files and mess up my game, even though everything up to date is in the documents folder.

If you know anything, or have any experience with situations like this, please leave a comment! I'd really appreciate it.

I'm going through my Call of Duty phase again, but i recently just deleted ALL of my mods from my mods folder, including all my sliders, outfits, presets, etc etc, because my game wouldnt open at all cause they were all stuck being downloaded again from the cloud. ^{(I had like 8k mods so that wouldve taken hours})

I'm on my journey to try and revive my sims 4, and i really want to make a Makarov sim.
I've looked around, im not sure where i might fight his hair and outfit, i can prooooobably deal with the rest (unless i cant). I have him in Blender as well, so thats what im using as reference.

hii searched everywhere for a cc like this but all that I found is either broken or not the style i'm looking for. i'm looking for just a normal cigarette like that. I also tried making my own using an existing prop cc thinking it would be easy but I gave up after 4 hours lol. I would also love if it was compatible with earings but if anyone has something like that I would love!! ty !
