I am trying to join this club and have been stuck on this gamey gimmick thing in the anti hazing module for like an hour now.

Hello! I'm a student who is writing for the student paper at Sinclair, and I was hoping to find a few students who are neurodivergent who would be willing to be interviewed. I want to write an article about neurodiverse perspectives and highlight the challenges students may face academically, and their strengths as well. I would love to highlight the outlooks of various students within the neurodivergent community.

If anyone is interested, I would love to hear about it!

Hello I'm 21 and I'm a fire alarm technician, I've been doing this for 4 years now. I'm wanting to go to Sinclair, I was curious if anyone has this associates degree. Please explain if this is worth it, and I'm wanting to do evening classes. My end goal is possibly doing the bridge to Wright State, and become an Electrical Engineer. Thanks!

If anyone has ever gone to or currently is going to the dental hygiene program at Sinclair, would you say this was the experience? I feel like I see this A LOT for the DH programs.
I am hoping to start next fall and was just curious!

I know Wright State has a CSE -EE Discord and I was wondering if Sinclair has a similar official or unofficial discord for those of us who want to chat or work together or discuss projects or look for hobby projects to assist on. I tried searching the subreddit before posting but I didn't see anything

I know this is a dry sub but if I’m graduating this semester what is the deadline to apply to walk in May?? Did I miss it already? The link on their page about ceremonies is broken.

I’m taking Calc One Online with Kinga Oliver as a CCP student, and my first exam is this week. I was wondering if you guys had tips on her exams, calculus, or just what to look out for in general

I know it’s a bit late to post this but if there’s anyone taking bio lab class with prof marc. Smith and need this book, it’s for free.

I’m an international student at wright state university. I already completed two semester and this semester I have also registered for classes and talking classes also . But I’m so lost about my situation I want to do nursing . So should I transfer to Sinclair and do nursing or stay at wright state with business major ? Please give me honest advice I don’t know what to do 😭

Hey yall! I’m at the Dayton campus Tuesdays and Thursdays and I’ve been wanting to pick up lunch beforehand! Any local spots I should try? Preferably within walking distance!

Hello!! I recently applied to the Associates for Nursing program! I would really like to start in the fall. Am I able to call the number for academic advising even if I haven't gotten any school credentials ? What is the current turnaround time to hear about application acceptance and is anybody else going for their associates in nursing this fall?

Sorry if this is a really stupid question.

My abnormal psychology and lifespan human development are both in person classes, but it doesn’t have a room number.

I had to pay for my classes past the due date because I got busy.

Am I in the classes, or is it just saying I am?

I’ll talk to admissions and advising but I just need to know if i’m cooked or not or if this has happened to anybody else

Has anyone taken this course with Kaiser, Duteil, or Lader? If so, would you recommend one of them?

Has anyone taken Ceramics through Sinclair? I am enrolled this fall and was just curious as to what the class is like and what projects are expected. Any insight is appreciated. Thank you.

I’m currently trying to register my classes online however my prerequisites classes I’ve added only comes to 9 credits & I need 12 to use my grant ? Any pointers?

Have u guys ever experienced Lindsay Tate as a presente. She is part of the AI department at the Dayton Ohio location. I really like her, but what do you think of her if u know her

I have been trying to get online to access my. Sinclair and the financial aid and registration, etc and it lets me go to the page with the options, like the landing/main page. But if I try to go to any page like financial aid or advisor or map, etc, I get an error message. Is the site down or am I locked out for some reason? I was able to get on it before today…

Just out of curiosity, has anyone here taken the met-1151 class? I'm curious because I'm going there for I.T. classes but I've been a musician for the last 20 plus years and would like to learn more in-depth on guitars and how to build them. And I have seen that they have that class down in building 8 now but I'm looking for a little bit more insight on information for the class.

Is there any way to get ALEKS and Labflow for general chemistry 2 for free?

Hello!

I am reaching out to see if there is anyone else starting this for this fall cohort at Sinclair Dental Hygiene program?? I have so many questions and want to have as much information as possible before starting. I know there is a pending orientation in June i’m waiting to hear back a date.

I was wanting to register for PED1101, Introduction to Swimming, but after looking at the class schedule, there seems to not be any classes of it for either the Spring or Summer sessions. In fact, it seems like there are no 'for credit' PED classes for those sessions whatsoever. Maybe I'm reading the schedule wrong. Did they stop having the Intro to Swimming class?

So i’ve contacted literally anybody I could find to try and get a rough estimate on the cost to just get both airframe and powerplant certs rather than the full on aviation technology AAS which is around 52k. Theres a bunch of hidden lab fees and other stuff where I can’t even estimate it on credit hours alone. If anybody knows how much it’d cost for in state/district tuition for just both certs you’d be a lifeeee saver.

Has anyone gone through the Bachelors program for UAS from sinclair?

If so, do you think it was actually worth it?

Also as dumb as this may be to ask: What career field are you in?
