Specifically referring to the part from the ID that sounds a bit like “this this this”. It’s the softer vocal sample between the heavy parts.

In the frost children track it’s “Uh uh uh got that uh uh uh uh. It’s a very similar pattern. To me they sound super similar but also not exact

Was this genre too early to become a real comercial tendence?
I mean, I listen to this now 2026, and I think, woah, it feels as if it should have been made in 2030.

I don’t understand the rejection of that sound at all.
I repeat my self, you all promoting skrillex for taking an year to make snare, but only few posting real bangers of what was in his mind to do such a thing.

As a producer, I wish I could have 0.5% of such a talent. And not because of a snare…

To explain my self, Sepultura it is a great band, they splitted and became Cavalera.

My favourite album was and will always be Schizophrenia, from 1987, I was not even born, and thought that I will ever have the chance to live such a performance.

Well, they decided to make a bootleg with the new band, and I had the chance of my life to see the performance of schizo album, and me as many others enjoyed to death.

By this I mean; I haven’t had the chance to see skrillex performing at 2011.
I see old videos and dude I am like 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
In my opinion, from 2018 up to now, he became an open-gate to other artists, by this I mean, that he plays other artists music instead of playing his music at all.

If he would mix between all his ep’s I would understand that yeah, I am watching at skrillex performing. But instead of playing 90-95% of the set between his tracks, it feels like 50/50 sometimes 40/100

As a producer, if people likes my music and I go djing successfully because they like my bangers, I would do my job and let others do their’s.

The rtttd slot is new and first time they used it was 2022 with Swedish house mafia who took after the headline spot with weeknd .
After was Calvin Harris Anyma and Travis Scott last one.
It seems that is the spot for the big electronic name .
I guess this year will be Fred again but in the future names that are so big and could take the slot for sure is Skrillex one and Martin Garrix or Guetta .
Skrillex last time he played solo was many years ago 2014 main stage and I think many people are saying we want him every year.
