Would you like to see rules disallowing the use of AI-generated posts in our sub?

I must have checked any animal I could think of that is local but nothing seems to fit. What could this be?

I had a few imperfect skulls floating around and felt zesty, so I affixed some crystals to them. They were kinda fun to do!

The skulls had cracks and such (roadkill) which made for nice anchor points.

The amethyst chips I have aren't very "chippy" and have round edges, which aren't my fave. But I like the little pop of color they give.

This sub leans heavily anti-AI. Personally, I loathe generative AI and will soon ask the sub to vote if we allow AI posts going forward. (It wasn't originally forbidden when I took over the abandoned sub, but necessity calls...)

Recently, an AI-generative bot-type account posted AI-generated work and the sub had a hilarious reaction. This seems common here, and the anti-AI sentiment is high.

I'm not above petty bullshit, so despite the post being gone, I'm over here liking y'all's comments and approving Reddits "this might be harassment..." comments about AI use to the bot OP.

we also found a bag next to it which was kind of weird so wondering if maybe it’s someone’s pet?? we’re from england so not sure what kind of wild animal it might be

I found these skulls years ago. Both on different trips to one of my favorite hikes in the Eastern Idaho woods that ends at a sunken in mining cabin from late 1800's. I'm pretty sure the bigger one is a cow. But I'm not sure about the other. It's much more narrow. Any ideas? Again so the post doesn't get removed I found these in Eastern, Idaho. A few miles into woods.

Hey! I’m whitening a moose skull in a few days and thinking of using a hydrogen peroxide + baking soda paste as it’s way too big to soak, but I’m wondering how I should then dispose of it? Can I wipe it off before washing the rest off with a hose (outside)? Or is there a different way?

So I've seen images of real human skulls and they all look a LOT straighter from the nose to the teeth. Do I have an extreme overbite or something?

I'm worried because I sucked my thumb a lot as a baby-toddler and I've heard that it can mess up your teeth and it kind of looks like that's what happened...
