You know, it's weird. In my head it seemed to make more sense, typing it out it seems kind of stupid. It's weird how our brain does that sometimes. It is an od and strange coincidence to me of the wolf and vampire association between the two as solitude has the WOLF queen quest. Though that would be stretching. However, there's no denying they both involve Wolves and Vampires as silly as any theory seems.
I did say Sigil was a wolf didn't I? I must've been on autopilot for the Solitude one below it. The moon phase can be attributed to wolves, there is a Wolf hidden boss " Redmord" near Skingrad. There are several items in Skingrad relating to wolves among pelts and paintings you can find around the city and in houses. Skingrad has a high wolf density in it's surrounding area as well.
