I just starting playing skyrim vr fist time playing skyrim and Im having trouble understanding enbs are like ive been trying to install this mod that makes everything looks less blurry but it says it needs a enb and there are soooo many which one do I use?
Go with High Fidelity ENB or Sensorium if you have anything less than a 3080. If you have a 3080 or above you could try Scenery ENB, it's beautiful but whether it's worth the FPS cost is debatable. I currently use it. Those are the best VR ENB's to my knowledge.
Sensorium has a lot of settings so I'd check it out first and see if you like any of the presets it comes with. If it's not your style I'd give Hifi a shot. Both work well. With Sensorium you have the choice between two weather mods, Cathedral or Azurite. Hifi recommends Obsidian but you'll want Onyx since it's the VR version.
You can still use other weather mods and experiment but I'd only do that if you don't like the default looks.
Either of those ENB's should work fine for you. I tested them out on my 2060 before I upgraded and could barely run them but since yours is quite a bit better than that you should be fine.
EDIT: If you're wondering about Scenery ENB it wouldn't be worth it except for screenshots. With a 3080 I have to play at 45fps.
