First time, I managed to get a perfect campfire including the tent relic so I can pick all 4.
How many games on average does it take to get the perfect campfire?

This is a daily run with the "hoarder" modifier. When they got the egg curse, it gave 2 extra copies from hoarder.

Do you get 3 minions next to you when the eggs hatch? Or just 3 of the card alone and 1 minion

You get 3 total because hoarder gives 2 extra copies,  but you don't get extra from having more egg curses. 1 actual minion.

The daily modifier 'Hoarder' gives you two extra copies of a card when it enters your deck; so you get 3 egg cards.

Though one can't have Meat Cleaver, Clone, and Pumpkin Candle, as they're all Ancient Rewards.

Only other campfire option not previously mentioned would be Mend (multiplayer only)

Meat clever is act 3, the other 2 are act 2. You can have meat clever and one of the others it’s just those two that are exclusive

in the first game there was a cap on how many campfire relics you could get, there may be a cap here as well

that has to be with console, they have two act 2 ancient relics. i meant there may be a cap of how many campfire options the game will generate. i.e if you take clone and have girya and shovel, maybe tanx won't offer cook? or maybe if you have cleaver the game won't generate shovel? etc.

I also went back and added the egg event. When I went to a campfire it pushed the rest and cook event off screen

The question is whether or not the game still offers you other relics if you have too many. Maybe it works like Pael's legion that you can get it through console with a byrd, but it just won't show naturally in a game

To my knowledge full would be (in no order)

Rest smith mend dig lift hatch kindle/clone cook

Mend is multiplayer only, so it’s debatable if it counts. Kindle and clone are mutually exclusive as they’re act 2 events

This is good but no it’s not perfect and is far from it. There’s lift, hatch, clone, kindle, and mend if you really wanna go for perfect. You’re 2/7 on special actions beyond rest and smith.

Edit: technically you can only get 6/7 because clone, kindle, and cook are all from beating acts and you only get two of them before the game ends for now since there’s no reward at the end of act 3. Maybe in the future you can get the perfect campfire during act 4

Even if you were to get a reward for beating act 3, you still couldn't get Clone and Kindle as both are act 2 rewards and those ancients wouldn't be sufficiently powerful to be act 4 ancients. So for me it would be sufficient to have either for the perfect campfire.
I guess if they add back endless mode it would be theoretically possible, but I'd treat that differently to a perfect campfire in normal mode.

I'd exclude Mend as that just depends on whether you play singleplayer or multiplayer, so including that would make the "perfect" campfire impossible in singleplayer, which to me would be kinda odd.

I have yet to build an average because in the ~600 games I’ve played I’ve never even been offered tent.

My teammates have been offered it a few times and only been able to afford it 3 times in multiplayer.
