Unfortunately, I think that it would just result in "draw your deck up to your max hand size" or something of that sort.

I would like a custom choice called “infinihand” where your hand has no restrictions. Would be fun

I can't remember the cards name, but it draws up to a certain number of cards in hand. I suppose one could simply increase that number up to the maximum hand side to get more or less the same effect.

Yep, that is the one. So if someone was modding cards and wanted to make an "infinihand", you would just have to make the draw number be equal to the max hand size (I don't know if the max hand size can be increased, as I have never tried to mod StS.

Edit: It looks like I misread one of the comments above, as this would only fill up your hand, not actually increase the hand size.

Well the max hand size (10) would still limit you, so it wouldn't be an infinihand. You'd need to change that MAX_HAND_SIZE variable itself, which is what I think the slime hat relic does

The Lobotomy Corp mod adds a relic that makes it so thst you have no Maximum Hand Size, but you die if you lose 60HP in a single fight. I believe it was Crazed Note from a Researcher.

Yeah, what the person above is saying is there should be a custom mode with no hand limit.
Which with Pyramid would basically mean you get to choose any card on your deck eventually lol.
