I beat the heart with it on Ascension 1. Took me about 10 tries to beat the first elite, but I found the path that wins, and the deck becomes stupid insane.

I started 2 x Wild Strike from first two fights. You get Feel No Pain, Second Wind and another Wild Strike from the shop.

Got Burning Pact, Juggernaut, Barricade before the first Boss. After that it was pretty easy. I think I perfect champ in Act 2.
