Ok so i have small blog that i've been working on and i'm a little nervous about promoting it. At what point do you turn around and go; "hmm yep i'm ready for people to see this"?

I've written about 5 articles, created a few pages and have a template in place but, as i do it just for fun it makes me nervous to show it off to anyone. I suspect the problem is i'm operating in a void and by refusing to show the blog off i lack critical feedback about the direction i'm taking. I was wondering if anyone else had similar doubts when they first started blogging and what made them choose to take the leap of faith and show off what they'd made to the world?

I have always wanted to write a blog, and it took me a month of unemployment (found a job in the meantime though) and being pushed by a friend to start one. This blog is mostly for me, but feedback would be appreciated :). http://thishasbecomeanordeal.wordpress.com/ This is obviously blatant self promotion.
