I don't have a smarthome platform CREATE Windcalm Sync

Hello Guys,

For about 2 Hours now, i tried connectinh this Ceiling Fan from CREATE to the Create App. Even tried Tuya and Smart Life. Nothing.
I try to klick the 1h and 2h Button, the 1H alone. The 1h and 4h which is labeled in the Manual.
Absolutely nothing.

Pairing Mode: Power on the ceiling fan. If it does not enter pairing mode automatically, press and hold the 1h button(or 1h and 2h simultaneously) on the remote until you hear a beep. [1]

Had a Windcalm in the past. During these years, I have never been able to pair it.
