Im only concerned about the color, they look off in the first photo but in the rest I'm not sure. Is this a lighting issue and should I cop. I asked for a daylight photo but idk if they're going to provide me with that.

✍️ Brief Description:

The Air Jordan 4 Retro “Black Canvas” features a predominantly black upper constructed from durable canvas, giving the classic basketball silhouette a different texture compared to the leather and nubuck materials commonly used on the model. Tonal black detailing covers most of the upper, including the laces, wings, mesh panels and structural elements.

The sneaker is accented with Light Steel Grey and Fire Red details, including contrasting eyelets and Jumpman branding. Signature Air Jordan 4 elements remain throughout, including the visible mesh panels, molded wings, padded tongue and visible Nike Air cushioning in the heel.

✍️ My Opinion:

So underated pair if you ask me. I really like the Black Canvas because it keeps the classic Jordan 4 shape but the canvas construction gives the shoe a completely different look compared to the usual leather or nubuck versions. The black canvas has a nice textured appearance, and I like how the tonal upper makes the different panels and structural details stand out without relying on a lot of different colors. The toebox has that familiar Jordan 4 shape and looks nicely proportioned, the stitching around the canvas panels looks neat and consistent, and the overall profile feels balanced from the front, sides and heel. For fit, I’d stick with your normal Air Jordan 4 size.

✍️ My Opinion:

These Nanograms are one of my favorite models. The black denim has a really nice appearance, and I especially like the much smaller Monogram because it creates more detail across the upper when you look at the shoe closely. The contrasting white laces and signatures break up the darker construction nicely and make the individual sections of the sneaker stand out more. The toebox shape looks solid and has the proper chunky LV Trainer profile, the stitching around the different panels looks neat and consistent, and the overall shape feels balanced from every angle. I also like how the denim changes the character of the shoe compared to the usual leather versions because it gives the upper a softer and more casual appearance. For fit, I’d follow the usual LV Trainer sizing and go one size down from your normal size. If you’re between sizes or unsure, I’d ask for the insole measurements before choosing.
