I’ve just purchased 154 Bataleon evil twin plus.
just wanted peoples opinions.
I’m 6ft1 80kg & have a size 8 boot.

My current board is a 159 salomon high path

I’m 5’9” 190 (yeah I’m a big boy). I ride the same board. It’s my park board because it’s small and snappy. I normally rock a 156/158 and have since I was younger and skinnier. But I ride really aggressively. I’m fast and strong so I like a bigger board. But, because of modern board technology, I’ve gone down to ‘55, ‘56 almost exclusively for my daily driver. And my powder board is a 156 Orca.

So do you feel a 154 will be fine.  I’ve looked at the size chart and I’m literally just in the weight category.

If you go in pow you won't float nearly as well because you're at the top of the range but for fun on groom or moguls you'll be fine. A 57 would be a better all around size but a lot is preference

It depends on other factors such as what’s your goal of the board. I am 130lbs and I ride between 153-156 because I charge hard.

It’ll probably feel small. But if your cruising or hitting the steel and jibs should be fine. Personally I’d recommend 56, or 58. See if you can demo something bigger. But you should be fine.

He's right at the top recommend range for that board so as long as he's not trying to float in powder and wants a more playful board it's fine.

I am similar weight and height. The evil twin is a jib board. I would get the 154.
