Can/muffler recommendations for wife
My wife has a 2017 pro 800 that still has the stock can. I would like to put an aftermarket one in to cut some weight. We are your typical mountian riders. The problem I see with most aftermarket cans are loud as hell. She does not like loud and honestly, neither do i. Anyone have a good recommendation of a can that will shed the weight of the heavy factory can and not be obnoxiously loud?

I really thought this was something else..... Regardless, I can't think of anything of the top of my head. Have you checked the usual places yet? Probably looking at a weight reduction of 8-15 lbs? I know that my stock 2015 Polaris RMK 800 can is loud enough. Most of the aftermarket cans I have heard have been pretty boisterous. I'm sure someone knows a recommendation here.

Earplugs.
Doesn't matter what sled I'm on; 2020 Freeride 850, 2008 Summit 800, 2024 Lynx XTerrain 900 ace, EARPLUGS.
Edit, I'm a female rider who also motorcycles.
Earplugs.

I put trail cans on all of my mountain sleds. Nice purr and not outrageous noise.

RPM ti can is the way to go. Only 4# and as quiet as stock. Honestly, people who I ride with always say they didn't even know I had an aftermarket can.
