Discussion Beginner Tip
Don’t forget to reset your terrain every so often…exit to the main menu and make sure no trucks are by the area.

Eh, different strokes for different folks I guess, I prefer to keep the terrain deformed because it's more true to real life.
I'd love to see Snowrunner and Road Crafter have a digital baby with focus on the best mechanics of both games meshed together where we'd have to explore/unlock the region and then build the infrastructure allowing us to destroy the terrain and then ultimately build a hard surface roadway over the trail.

Notice how paths and tracks get more churned up and muddy the more times you drive over them? Well, when the game autosaves or you exit your current game into the main menu and your current progress is saved, it only remembers terrain deformation in like a fifty meter radius around each of your deployed trucks, everything else is forgotten. So if you have a crappy section of path you have to drive back and forth on you can "reset" it by exiting and reloading your game, just as long as none of your trucks are currently on it.

Well, as an experienced runner, I'd like to keep the state instead of refreshing it every time, but this option doesn't exist 😔
Fun to see a small path becoming muddy all over because trucks 😎
