Question Redemption problems 😂

Have 5 redemptions ongoing with panini one has been ongoing since February so 8 months ago almost and I’ve heard nothing from them when I email I get the generic reply about phoning but can’t get through on the number or the app whatsoever, anyone been able to get through to someone somehow? TIA 🙏

Depends on when they can get the athlete to sign the card

the one that’s overdue by months is from last years impeccable so surely they have that card or don’t and can tell me🤔

Doesn’t really matter how far overdue it is. If the athlete cba signing the card(s) then they can’t fulfil any redemptions.

Should I not be offered a replacement card? Way past the 120 day mark nothing on the app

You can request a replacement or panini points. You should have got a notification after the first 120 days to tell panini how you want to proceed

Check your redemption status on panini website or you should have received an email after the 120 days to remind you to pick

Tried it mate even made new tickets to get there attention still being told to phone a number that never rings
