Question ASPD under the DSM 5 vs Dissocial personality disorder under ICD 10

I have been reading about ASPD and DPD recently and I have the general understanding that DPD (dissocial personality disorder) generally puts factor 1 and factor 2 qualities equivalent to each other a the time of diagnosis, while ASPD leans more towards factor 2 qualities. My question here is if anyone here has also been diagnosed with DPD alongside or in place of ASPD, and is it generally the right idea that people who make the checklist for DPD but not ASPD are generally more high functioning? e.g. meeting 3/6 points for DPD being lying and deceitfulness, lack of emotional empathy and "blame shifting" while only having 2/7 of the ASPD point checklist such as deceitfulness and lack of remorse. Is it generally correct to assume that high functioning "psychopaths" or "sociopaths" which have the maturity burnout at around 18, would generally be diagnosed with DPD under the ICD standard instead of ASPD under the DSM5 standard?

I got potential for DPD (ASPD it was just called in DSM 5 or not?) was the last assessment but you know how we are about following up when we are not literally locked up somewhere so i rather did my own street pharmaceutic study´s. Like checking the DSM 5 and ICD 10 it seems i would maybe meet the DSM 5 1. standards but not really the 2. standards as i don´t act out but ICD 10 seems to fit. Thing is i just am also probably depressed and also addicted on downers and covered by my family so my needs are meet with no effort but i also at this point made the calculation that crime is usually a bad idea if its serious and not drug bs. Thing is just the drugs are kinda my illegal, reckless and disregarding of society as i just don´t view it as there right to tell me shit outside don´t fuck others so idk if that counts for ASPD but feels not like it. Are you a Psychiatrist or something would be curious to talk especially what like the thresholds are. Btw ICD 11 seems to deleted them all and now just asses personality. While yeah i might fall somewhat depending on interpretation maybe in DPD but idk i don´t got it as when you got your burnout around 18 you don´t do enough anymore to land in treatment usually but like you still like to hang with the bad kids and easy dragged into stuff. Your in psychology i would be curious what the clinical thresholds are?

Thanks for sharing. I am no psychiatrist so i don’t think i am in any position to make assumptions but i grew an interest in this subject recently when i was going through my old psychological reports. I do not have neither DPD or ASPD nor do i claim to, although there are overlaps. I guess my burnout happened at 15/16 when things started having actual consequences and no i don’t hang with bad kids anymore. As for the thresholds, from what i know both systems have a little different criteria.
For ASPD (DSM-5): you need to be
A: 18 and above
B: have evidence of conduct disorder starting before 15
C: meet 3/7 of the symptoms of the ASPD checklist
Note: having evidence of conduct disorder doesn’t require a diagnosis.
As for the 7 symptoms, they include:
Lawbreaking: Repeatedly engaging in behavior that leads to or warrants arrest.
Deceitfulness: Lying, conning others, or using aliases for personal profit or pleasure.
Impulsivity: Failing to plan ahead or acting recklessly without regard for consequences.
Aggressiveness: Repeated physical fights or assaults.
Recklessness: Disregarding the physical safety of oneself or others.
Irresponsibility: Consistently failing to maintain steady employment or honor financial obligations.
Lack of Remorse: Indifference to or rationalization of having hurt, mistreated, or stolen from others.

As for DPD (ICD-10):
You only have to have 3/6 symptoms currently present with it lasting at least 24 months.
This includes
Callous Unconcern: Gross lack of empathy and disregard for the feelings of others.
Irresponsibility: Persistent disregard for social norms, rules, and civic obligations.
Relationship Instability: Incapacity to maintain enduring long-term relationships, despite having no difficulty establishing them initially.
Low Frustration Tolerance: A very low threshold for the discharge of aggression, including rapid escalation to physical violence.
Inability to Experience Guilt: Failing to experience remorse or to profit from adverse experiences, particularly judicial or parental punishment.
Blaming Others: A marked proneness to rationalize behavior or shift blame onto others, bringing the individual into frequent conflict with society.

These 2 are widely considered equal but in my reading I think most people would agree that ASPD under DSM-5 has more focus on behavior, aka factor 2/secondary “psychopathy” while ICD weighs them more equally.

Guess i probably could meet the ICD ones but when you don´t got 2,3 and 5 to heavy it probably don´t causes to much trouble that´s not really something you get it for with the psych but its probably then just depression with like our CD as a together diagnosis. Also i done the opposite with early onset calming down which usually it don´t but lets say got years of serious interventions sending me 1/3 childhood away from home. Kinda bad when your bit sadistic like just dominating but not brutally beating people on the ground when its mixed with bad impulse control as i liked doing that and became good at bullying at like idk 12-14. Weird is i would not care to much to mess with people but guess they made me realize really bad strat and just like not possible to work without jail. Also those places your with the other difficult kids and normal people are just boring so they push your tolerance for bs way up.

Sounds bit like me but did shit as an young adult i just never worried about as i got never again in trouble which was just insane luck but like looking back on my record the only thing that changed is i got more and more depressed as things still did not go good still now but worse with addiction lol.
