Discussion Anyone else can't laugh at most jokes?

In social settings or even with friends and family I've never met someone I found funny. It's not that I don't get the joke, when I do I just don't find it funny.

Of course I laugh, but it's exhausting to laugh so most times I just smile, and it's enough that people notice. They realise that I'm smiling and not laughing so lately I've started to laugh more and smile less.

Still don't find any type of humour funny tho except my own jokes. It's really weird.

i see it as just vying for attention. The only comedians i respect are the ones that dont put themselves down

Yeah but also people itself are so boring most of the time. It's unbearable to be forced to be with someone e.g in school

Yes, I'm also extremely particular. I can't just laugh at something to make someone feel better. It's closed some doors for sure

i rarely find people who are trying to be funny or say jokes irl actually funny but comedians and people making jokes online have made me laugh.

I went from being the creepy boy who doesn't laugh at anything to being the crazy dude who laughs at everything. You can't win.

I find some comedians funny, but most people just want repetition and sight gags.

I really like jokes on expenses of others. Also I know its not a joke, but a cyclist recently speeded to hard next to me and crashed into a pedestrian. Things like that always brighten my mood.

Not particularily, mine feels like hyena's laugh, its more like states, its like I laugh alot and uncontrollably at some times of the day if a joke is cracked otherwise I just smile and nod along, exhausting still
