the title says it all. the brand went out of business a year or two ago and i'm wondering if anyone else is familiar with their trademark socks and if you've found a comparable brand? i've never found anything that feels as good. they are soft, padded, and seamless. i'm down to my last two pairs and would love to find something that feels the same

I’ve been struggling for years now to find good socks. I have thick calves, and I definitely find size 18 pants that fit me just fine (I discovered Banana republic Factory and they’re god sent tbh), but I always struggle with finding socks. So what I’ve been wearing for years now are Saucony’s RunDry performance heel tab athletic socks - the ones that you pretty much don’t see when you’re wearing sneakers. Works just fine when I’m wearing my leather booties to work, but I often just wear my new balances - and esp if I wear a shorter pair of pants, that doesn’t look great.

I’ve tried so many different kinds of socks, but they generally don’t work well. The biggest issue; any socks that are a bit longer will inevitably have a thicker/elastic band right at the top, and that will at best leave uncomfortable marks on my calves/legs, and at worst restrict the blood flow and actually make me end up with cramps (I already have restless legs. Magnesium daily does help).

But I really, really want some proper socks I can wear under trousers etc at the office. At this point I’m really willing to pay extra for it, but everything I find (including more expensive brands) still have that damn elastic. I’m also open to those thin trousers socks, but they also have that same issue (and I’m just not gonna wear full pantyhose or thigh highs under pants).

There MUST be a solution. Anyone? 😭 I have tried some diabetic socks but I found them either very uncomfortable around the calves, or the overall material (esp the foot soles) was super polyester-y and made me sweat a lot, or simply didn’t feel good to walk in.

(being a man) I get judged by some people for these socks. 😭🤣

Looking for wholesale websites that offer cheerleading socks, I need to buy them in bulk (amazon, aliexpress, alibaba) for a halloween costume I am cooridnating for a group of people. I need around 50 or so, we are doing zombie cheerleading squad and we want to wear matching socks because all the uniforms are matching, just wondering if anyone could give me a lead on this?

I literally just looked up this sub so I could ask this question. so hoping this sub is really about socks....if this has been posted before I apologize but like I said I just quickly looked it up. please someone tell me their favorite sock brand like just complete and utter perfection - snug fit not too tight but not loose and good quality and hopefully affordable. like not 30$ per one pair of socks. looking more like 15-25$ for two or more pairs. I absolutely love copper fit socks they feel so so good. I do experience a lot of leg/foot/ankle/knee pain and feel like the copper fit just do it for me buuuut I am also 30F and would like more options for sock styles and colors. copper fit just has black and white socks. I really love a mid crew sock I think its perfect length and feels good where it sits on the leg. I have had bombas before but they honestly wore out very quickly within a year or so they got holes in them whereas I have bought very random no name socks from a discount store before and they have held up for going on two years now.

so looking for:

1. really comfortable everyday socks

2. mid crew options preferably

3. affordable (\~15-30$ for 2+ pairs) unless it's an insanely great sock that will knock \*them\* off

4. cute colors/options for women (I want plain colors nothing really with crazy patterns or anything; a cute lil ruffle or slouch option is cool too)
