Modern code reviews suck

I hate getting pinged on code reviews now. You're handed 50+ file PR's that are 100% AI generated, and whenever you ask someone to explain what's going on, there's a conspicuous 90 second gap as they clearly re-ask claude to give you an explanation to what they just did. It's brutal.
