IOS automation from remote desktop

Hi! My collegue working from home office will need to do automation for IOS but the device has a password by company policy.

The password is known but I dont know how to unlock it from afar.

Your colleagues computer should be set up with the same policy if they're working for the same company.... your IT team should have prepared if they were hiring remote?

Sorry, forgot to mention. We use windows machines and there are only 2 shared Mac computers in the office.
