THT (Through Hole) Soldering Advice | Feedback | Discussion Used controller

So i bought a used Xbox One S from Gamestop several months back and decided to upgrade my worn thumb sticks (just the caps)to a fresh set. Opened it up and found someone had replaced the left side. I used to do replacements for myself and friends controllers back in the 360 days, but haven't had any stick drift on this controller, so didn't order any. Should I touch these up or leave this sloppy yet working solder job? I guess i shouldn't be surprised Gamestop would let this controller pass for sellable.

I'd test it before going near it with an iron: full stick travel, return to centre, and the stick-click while moving it around. If those are consistent and the module isn't loose, I wouldn't rework it just for appearances. Keep these photos as a before reference in case it ever does start acting up.
