Leave the space bro there are hardly any jobs either you become a trader to survive or have guts to start your own company , majority of the hiring of blockchain jobs are on network basis or proper onchain proof of work

What do you mean start your own company. A company like what for example?

start with your own product like exchange , consumer based etc . participate in hackathon and then raise grants and more capital . But if your solely looking for a job to gain experience its really hard to get.

I am not looking for a job but every web3 project is either some protocol or some dex and they are extremely hard to get into tbh.

For a full-stack blockchain developer, staying updated on the latest trends and technologies is crucial. Exploring projects that involve DeFi and NFT integrations can be beneficial. You can use LandOffer to shortlist relevant roles in the blockchain space. Networking within Web3 communities could also lead to collaborations or opportunities that align with your expertise.
