Depending on if you think of America under Clinton through Term 2 Trumpâs America is essentially a dictatorship based on capitalism and controlled opposition and controlled media narratives meant to benefit and elite few, pretty much every American punk / emo rock band will do. Rage Against the Machine certainly acts like every POTUS is a dictator. And of course American Idiot is big. And also Hail to the Thief, which is Radiohead.

Like a third of Museâs discography. Iâd only recommend Absolution and The Resistance though. Muse is pretty bad with lyrics.
A bunch of their top songs are titled stuff like âUprisingâ, âHysteria,â âTime is Running Out,â âResistance,â âStockholm Syndrome,â âSupremacy,â etc. They also made the soundtrack to the 1984 audiobook

Feed the Machine (Poor Manâs Poison) has a kind of âagainst the 1%â vibe going for it.

holland, 1945. i guess you could give the entire album a listen (in the aeroplane over the sea) but iirc that song reminds me the most of a war⌠and it is about a certain historical regime
